Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed:

• Canada: 3–5 business days
• International: 4–8 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs and Customs

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes or import fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total unless stated at checkout.
